Week Twentytwo

Last week I actually did fairly well. Most of the week I spent at home and aside from a a couple of larger than normal lunches I did a good job. Most of the week I was at 155. On Friday we kind of splurged a bit though and got some great Indian food that I then ate leftovers of both Saturday and Sunday. More beer this week as well while drinking less water. All in all staying even with last week is not bad at all. On to next week. Woohoo!

Week Twentyone

Well I couldn't believe it on the scale. In fact I still highly dubious, but it has read consistantly for two days in a row now. Mrs. LK is confident in what she has been seeing so I guess I'll go ahead and claim my current weight. This morning it was 155.5 and yesterday for the most part it read 156 so I'll go ahead and record 156. Last week was actually pretty good as far as eating habits. Mrs. LK left some great chili soup that lasted quite a bit of last week. I had some other things she had left. I only went out one night and only semi-splurged so I guess it kind of makes sense, but still I'm not that confident in such a large chunk of weight suddenly just disappearing. We'll see how the next week goes. I have a bunch of days off this week since this is my first day off in eleven days so hopefully I can hold back the temptation to hit up the bbq joint, too much. There's just no way I won't get there once. ;)

Weeks Nineteen and Twenty

Well it's getting pretty static as far as what I'm not doing to go the final leg of this trip. I'm eating just about the right amounts to stay where I'm at, but I haven't been making the effort to decrease that enough to actually lose on a consistant basis. Totally weak, but at the same time fork it. I'm still tracking the stats and haven't given up by any means, but I definitely don't know when I'll kick it back up into hi gear again.
